Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include tracking information.

Shipping Options & Rates

We currently offer two domestic shipping options:

• Economy Shipping: $9.95
  Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days after processing.

• Standard Shipping: $11.95
  Estimated delivery within 3–4 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or weather conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options will be available soon.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Glass Skin Essentials is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes.
